From that day on, Momo became more than a pet—she was my constant companion, my greatest comfort, and a source of daily joy. Through her, I discovered the profound bond that can exist between a person and their cat. She is, and will always be, an irreplaceable part of my story.

Choose photos taken from the front or a slight angle.
Include close-ups of the face and full-body photos if you want the pose matched.
If you have multiple good photos, upload 3–5 and tell us which one you prefer.
2) How long does production take?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
3) How long does shipping take?

Because each piece is custom-made, we handle issues case by case to make it right.
If there's a mistake on our side (wrong pet, wrong details), we'll 【remake / repair / replace】 at no extra cost.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 【48 hours / X days】 with photos of the package and item.
If you simply change your mind after production starts, refunds are generally not available for custom items.
10) Are your portraits 100% handmade?
Yes—our portraits are handmade by artists , and each piece is crafted individually.
